Emil discusses his personal journey, the excitement of working with groundbreaking products, and how the landscape of client onboarding is evolving.

What do you most enjoy about working at Muinmos?

For me nothing is more exciting that working with innovation in a passionate environment! In Muinmos I am able to work an extremely innovative product that solves an issue I have been witnessing in the brokerage world over the last 20 years! To be able to work on a product that solves a need no one lese have solved before – that is exciting! On top of that Muinmos have some of the most passionate people in the world, that are 100% committed to the company, and makes every day existing.

What trends are you currently seeing in terms of client onboarding requirements?
Society has reached a point where instant results are expected; no one, whether an individual or a corporation, is willing to wait more than a few minutes to complete their account setup. This underscores the importance of having an end-to-end solution that ensures the shortest and most accurate onboarding journey possible.

The world is clearly shifting towards automation and comprehensive solutions, with the market flooded with offerings for liveness detection, ID verification, and screening—each addressing only a fragment of the complete onboarding process. It’s exciting to be able to offer our clients a comprehensive onboarding solution that’s fast, reliable, and provides a clear answer: ‘Can I onboard this client?’ Automation and integrated solutions are becoming essential.

Tell us one thing about yourself that people may not know

I was a flower child who grew up in a commune on an old farm in Helgenæs. It was an incredible time when the hippies were in charge, and society allowed them to live freely. I remember the commune hosting massive parties that attracted hundreds of people from all over Denmark. As kids, we had a blast setting up camps and making a little money by selling sticks or flowers to the hippies.
