Prior to founding Muinmos, she served as Head of Legal & Compliance and Market Data at Saxo Bank, where she worked extensively with complex regulatory requirements across global markets. She is also a co-founder of Finalto (CFH Group), giving her both institutional and entrepreneurial experience in building financial infrastructure businesses.

Emil brings more than two decades of experience in financial technology, specializing in system architecture, integrations, and scalable infrastructure. He previously served as Head of Integration at Finalto (CFH Group), where he was part of the management team and led the development of connectivity solutions across global trading environments. He is also a co-founder of InovaTrader ApS, reflecting his background in building and scaling technology-driven financial platforms.

Lars is an e-FX expert with 20+ years of experience across banking and technology. He co-founded and led CFH Clearing as CEO until its sale to Playtech in 2016.

He previously headed margin trading at Currenex (State Street) and held senior e-FX roles at Dresdner Bank, driving key initiatives and client partnerships. Earlier, he spent several years at Saxo Bank in global sales leadership.

Lars holds a BSc, MSc, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Ashraf has 30+ years’ experience in finance and operations, including as Head of Treasury at Saxo Bank, overseeing liquidity, FX hedging, and cash management.

He co-founded CFH Markets, leading operations, risk, and liquidity, and later served as COO of FX at Marex Spectron, responsible for strategy, execution, and regulatory matters.

Ashraf has held multiple FCA-controlled roles, including compliance and MLRO.

Michel is CIO of Banking Circle and former CTO at Saxo Bank and Chief Enterprise Architect at Nordea.

He has 20+ years’ experience in financial services, specialising in payments, trading platforms, and real-time systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and automation to address regulatory challenges.

He has led large-scale technology transformations and brings an agile, people-first approach with strong strategic focus.

Michel has worked with Swedbank Markets, OMX Technologies, and the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and is a Board member and advisor at Muinmos.

Anders is a seasoned C-level executive and governance expert who joins Muinmos’ Board to support the firm’s continued growth.

He joined Muinmos from LEGO, where he led Board and Chair activities, advised the owner family on governance, and served on multiple boards for nearly seven years. He brings strong experience in corporate structures, investments, strategy, and branding.

Previously, Anders led the transformation of the VELUX Foundations and served as Director at VKR Holding, VELUX’s parent company.

Paul has over 25 years of financial and operational experience, with a strong track record in building and scaling high growth businesses.

Paul was Founder and CEO of Acin, a London-headquartered RegTech and AI operational risk provider for the financial services sector. He scaled the business over eight years, and sold it to CUBE, an Hg portfolio company in 2025 at a market-leading Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) multiple.

Acin was an evolution of Paul’s previous successful business, Anchura Partners, an operational risk consultancy for COOs of major banks, which he founded in 2010.

Sander helped design and launch Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in EMEA and built this out as a significant revenue stream. Sander loves to focus on scaling companies. He majors in Cloud Platforms, has a PE background and extensive  Go-To-Market (GTM) experience. Sander developed his own Big Data platform which he  sold to JP Morgan in 2013. Sander will focus on Muinmos’ ‘customer first’ strategy and will also among others help connect Muinmos with larger FinServ prospects.

Liz has over 20 years' experience in financial services and fintech, specialising in compliance advisory and operational transformation. She currently leads The Other Consultancy providing GRC and Tech advisory services. Liz previously served as Director of Technology M&A and Divestment at Kantar and was a Director of Business Operations at the London Stock Exchange Group. Her impressive career includes compliance advisory roles at ionStar, Kaupthing, Singer & Friedlander, Lehman Brothers and Alliance Bernstein. Liz will advise Muinmos on operational excellence and go-to-market strategies, with an emphasis on the MENA region.

He is currently SVP of Global Sales at Kantata, a $100M+ PE-owned SaaS vendor. Prior to joining Kantata, he was VP of EMEA Sales at nCino Inc (a SaaS-based commercial loan origination vendor) and before that, he led the UK Enterprise Banking business at Salesforce. Ed also spent a number of years at Oracle, BEA Systems and Computer Associates. He has an ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively and has an exemplary track record in various client facing and leadership GTM roles.
