In each case, the purpose for which you are invited to provide us with information is made clear. We will not use your information for purposes other than the ones stated in the invitation. If the purpose for which you are invited to provide us with information is not specifically mentioned, you can assume that the data provided by you will be used by us for general marketing purposes, such as approaching you regarding our services, adding you to a newsletter distribution list, and similar. Your provision of the details is a consent to be added to a newsletter distribution list and receiving emails from us regarding our services. You can always ask to be removed from said emailing.
3.3. Who do we share said data with
We will not disclose your information outside Muinmos, except in the following cases: (1) to service providers acting on our behalf and in connection with the matter involved, such as public affairs consultants who organize an event on our behalf and require the details of the attendees; (2) given your explicit consent, or; (3) if we are legally obliged to do so.
3.4. How do we store your data
The data you provide via the website generates an email server and/or CRM, which are secured in a market acceptable manner.
3.5. Request for information, correction or deletion of data
In correspondence with you such as newsletters, we will provide you with an opportunity to inform us that you no longer wish to receive such information from us. You can of course also contact us and request so, regardless. You can also of course ask us for information about the data we store on you, request us to correct it, or delete it entirely. In any case, we shall grant you your request, unless a legal or other unforeseen reason prevents us from doing so.
